Dina arbetsuppgifterYour main duties will be to review existing practices and work strategically and operationally to improve these. You shape your own work and come up with concrete proposals on ways to enhance the short-term and long-term procedures. You coach, manage and develop an exciting team. You are responsibille for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the management of cases in the business area. You also analyze and track performance and efficiency as ell as have saff and budget responsibility for the operational debt collection operations. You should be able to develop, motivate and support staff group. You work also actively with business intelligence. Utbildning och erfarenhetYou should have degree in economics and/or law and relevant work experience at least 1 year in a senior position. Without degree you must have at least few years experience in senior position with proven track record. In your role as team leader, you are efficient and structured, you involve, collaborate, encourage and make others grow. You are passionate about what you do. We expect you to be able to grow as a Manager to our Debt Collection Department. Therefore you should have at least some experience in leader or managerial position. You are enterprising and want to take charge in an entrepreneurial environment. You should have strong commercial drive with a sense of what is driving value in the deal. Fluency in Swedish and English and Experience in Debt Collection are mandatory skills in order to succeed in this position. You should have proven experience in debt collection or similar and have good knowledge of the rules and laws of the subject .
