• Be advisory and lead for technical futureproofing of Swedbank's Db2 products and strategies
• Stay updated on latest technical advancements and how to create Swedbank value out of them (participate in conferences, educations and etc)
• Lead and advice on new and existing solutions to fit Swedbank development
• Review and have approval mandate on technical solutions proposed by partner
• In cooperation with APO set framework (goals and constraints) for vendor operations of Swedbank's environments
• Coordinate common activities to uphold the Swedbank perspective to changes etc
• Participate in operational meetings with partner (daily huddles, capacity - continuity forums, incident / problem forums etc.)
• Support with quality assurance of routines / plannings / etc
What is needed in this role:
• Experience in Db2 database administration and utilities with a focus on operational efficiency and quality
• Experience in Db2 infrastructure with a focus on operational efficiency and quality
• Problem solving skills to help the troubleshooting in case of incidents
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement
• Good communicative skills
