Are you a Datacenter specialist with a broad background in IT? At this assignment, you will be working with IT-infrastructure, planning and building the datacenter environment. At this assignment, you will be working at our client and be part of a competence center delivering generic and scalable services & capabilities to many of the companies within the European organization. The purpose of the position of IT Datacenter Specialist is to work in the IT Operations team, planning and building the datacenter infrastructure as well as supporting the first/second line support team. The department operate in Sweden, China, and Europe.

Responsibilities
You will work with several partners to the organization in the infrastructure area as well as internal teams within your department and work firsthand within all infrastructure areas. The infrastructure team is part of an AGILE organization which means that you will be responsible to report and document your work in JIRA and participate in Dailys and SCRUM meetings
Help to Educate 1st and 2nd line in advance Troubleshooting in related areas
Be a resource in projects and deliverers for the organization and its customers datacenter needs.
Deliver and take lead for planning of updates and security updates for the devices that are related to the delivery as well working with sizing in the area to meet the needs.
Responsible for the delivery of Upgrades/Updates together with other teams
Work with business requirements for purchasing of related equipment
Work with license and user is equivalent for cost control
Work with to reduce the cost for software usage
Working tightly together with the security team to ensure that the area follows the security guidelines.
Work with documentation and KB articles for ServiceDesk and Business to deliver solutions that fit the need of the business and the supportability from ServiceDesk.

The organisation and its customers are working in an Agile way, and according to ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) processes to ensure compliance. Other tools used by the team where previous experience is of substantial value.
