What you will be doing
We are looking for a dedicated database administrator to become part of our tight-knit dba team. Together with us you will maintain, monitor and develop our database environments. We work with cutting edge MySQL technology, Innodb clusters for example, and help developers with their projects and maintains stability in our production environment.
Since we are growing rapidly we need to automate our work, and most of the automatization is done with shell scripting.

Other departments put a large amount of trust in the dba team, which allows us to drive improvements, initiatives and ideas while still working towards clear goals in close cooperation with our stakeholders. We change, improve and integrate operations and development on a daily basis.
The team partners with external MySQL gurus and we report our progress to these stakeholders. So, as well as the fact that we work on cutting edge technology, you will have access to team members with cutting edge knowledge. Requirements
Need to have
Solid understanding of Database Administration
Experience administering MySQL databases
Good Linux experience
Good Shell scripting knowledge
Disaster Recovery (DR) knowledge and understanding
Nice to have
Experience administering SQL Server
Experience administering Hadoop
Experience administering Singlestore
Docker experience
Grafana experience
