hela Sverige We are now looking forward to welcoming a Data Quality Analyst to Group Functions Information & Reporting (GFIR) - a unit in Nordea with the mission to develop and maintain common information and reporting through unified processes, organisation and platform.
Bring your analytical mindset, knowledge and interest in Big Data, and join our Data Quality Assurance team. This is an opportunity to contribute within one of the strategic focus areas in GFIR, and to gain valuable knowledge about the data that supports our reporting processes. You will work with both traditional and modern IT applications and platforms.
The position we offer
When joining GFIR, you become part of a highly skilled team in a rapidly growing area, performing both regulatory and business reporting on behalf of various stakeholders within and outside Nordea. Our aim is to enhance common ways of working and continuously improve our processes, by having the ownership and business competence in processes and applications for Capital-, Liquidity-, Financial-, Risk- and Tax reporting.
As a Data Analyst, you are part of a team that ensures that data is of sufficient quality to meet the regulatory and business reporting requirements for the bank. Your focus areas include:
• Being the hub, collecting data quality control requirements from other parts of GFIR towards other Nordea units.
• Enabling a constant feedback loop for correcting issues, by together with our IT units implementing and monitoring data quality controls in various places in the data flows.
• Collaborating with highly skilled and ambitious colleagues in an international and dynamic environment with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

The position is located in Stockholm.
The qualifications you need
We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about improving and changing current ways of working, with a motivation for learning more about data and processes.
You:
Have three years of relevant work experience.
• Are service-minded, love to build new and strong relationships and enjoy working in teams where you bring your energy into the group.
• Are curious and eager to learn new things, and to constantly develop your skills and competence, as well as others.
• Like to coordinate and create structure, with an eye for improving current ways of working.
• Are not afraid of taking a stand and sharing your opinion.
• Have an ability to cope in a constantly changing environment.
In addition, it is qualifying if you:
• Have experience from working with data using SQL and MS Excel.
• Have knowledge about relational databases and can interpret data models.
• Have experience from working in larger projects using agile development methods.
• Have knowledge in big data technology and tools.
If you have experience in implementing data governance it will be considered an advantage.
Finally, you have at least a Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance or accounting, and professional communication skills in written and spoken English. You have a valid permit to work in Sweden.
