You will be based in Stockholm in a modern office setting in our multinational and diverse HQ but the position is also open for our offices in Poland, Germany or Italy
Our Operations Analytics and Data Management Team is growing, and we are now looking for a Data Analyst to join us in our exciting transformational journey of our IT landscape. The team deals with information for our European operations (manufacturing, supply chain, logistics) and is crucial in delivering key company initiatives in the area of Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehousing & Manufacturing.
We have a complex European IT landscape, both on and off SAP, from which our analytics solutions on SAP BW/ Azure/Power BI are integrated. The role as Data Analyst is an exciting position with great autonomy and possibility to discover a vast area in terms of Electrolux processes and systems.
The team consists of Business Analysts/Project Managers, Data Engineers and Developers and we are a diverse team of different personalities, backgrounds, nationalities and experiences. If you share our passion for data and data-driven decision making, we would love to hear from you!
Reporting to the Supply Chain Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for:
• Delivering quality analytics solutions using Microsoft Business Intelligence tools (Power BI), Azure Data factories, and related technologies
• Performing data manipulation and cleansing to prepare datasets for visualization
• Authoring custom measures for use in reports
• Working close with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to understand the requirements for the dashboards and Data Engineers to define the content to be prepared
• In close collaboration with business key users, elaborate and technically support and develop adhoc analysis and prototypes (Excel/Access/SQL/Power BI)
• Acting as Power BI system expert; coach peers and perform trainings in how to best maximize usage of tools and understand the data
To be successful in this role, we believe you have a university degree in relevant field and have solid experience from design, development, and maintenance of data-intensive applications, preferably from a manufacturing company. You have very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as high self-leadership and you are used to communicating, giving trainings and providing high quality documentation in English.
You have experience from one or several of the following fields:
• Advanced Excel, SQL and relational DB knowledge
• Preferably +3 years of experience from Power BI development
• Data modeling, data management, databases, data access
• Experience with DAX, Power query, Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks
• Integrating Power BI reports with Sharepoint/Teams sites
Previous experience from SAP/SAP-BW/BOBJ/Qlik is a strong plus but most importantly, you want to learn and develop as much as possible within this exciting area.
