Danish Speaking Order Administrator for International Company

MultiMind is currently looking for a Danish speaking Order Administrator for a large international company within the electronics industry.

DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
• As order administrator, you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks. You will support our customers mainly within below areas:?Order Handling
• Price information
• Delivery information
• Forecast

• To manage the order cycle, processing in a timely and accurate manner with profession
• Monitor order status, communicate any issues to customers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor order and forecast status in order to make correct short term plan
• Analyze, identify and implement process improvements within area of responsibility
• Be responsible of short term planning (AP1 1-4 weeks)
• Coordinate forecast planning made by Account Managers, Key Account Managers and Sales Managers and synchronize with short term plan and order management
• Responsible for price creation in EP, provided by Sales division. Secure that all invoices sent to customers contain correct price

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Order handling in SAP / EP
• Price condition creation in EP
• Build long-term relation with customers?Act professional and representative
• Provide accurate and timely information to custmers
• Service minded
• Actively drive improvement of order process with customers

• Occassionally act as communication channel for requests from customers into the organisation
• Responsible of price updates (orders) in SAP when price changes
• Responsible of update orders when delivery situation change
• Short term planning (1-4 weeks) together with KAM and customers
• Chase sales orders to secure weekly sales and short term forecast
• Take part of implementations and trainings of new systems and processes
• Participate in customer meetings
• Create credit memo in case invoice price is incorrect.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
University degree or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:
• 1-2 years related experience from:

1) Order administration and/or sales (i.e. junior key account manager)
2) Sales planning
3) Logistics area
4) SCM area
5) ERP systems

SKILLS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Danish, Swedish and English)
• Office package, mainly Excel (high level)
• High analytical skills and interested in drawing conclusions and initiate actions from numbers and trends
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Portal experience, preferably from SAP
• Process skills, thinks and works with a strong process approach.
