We are looking for a Cyber Security Program Manager to ABB HVDC in Ludvika. You will be managing cyber security deployments in projects globally, supporting our tender and engineering teams as well as acting as a stakeholder for product- and system requirements to R&D. In this position, you will serve as a key coordinating resource in the assigned area, contributing to the ongoing digital transformation of Power Grids. You will be working with supporting large HVDC Greenfield projects and tenders.
Your responsibilities
Developing and overseeing security strategies to align business goals
Coordinating CS deliveries in projects globally, ensuring sustainable product- and service deliveries
Ensuring project and service deliveries meet defined levels of cyber security
Introducing new cyber security-related policies, standards and practices
Actively contributing to identifying, managing and reducing organizational and project specific cyber security risks
Anticipating and influencing current and future technologies and trends by participating in conferences, standards- and user groups
Representing ABB in cyber security-related matters in customer discussions
Acting as a stakeholder towards R&D, working with architects and specialists to form requirements and deliverables

Your background
A university degree within a relevant technical area.
You have 5 years of experience or more in the relevant field.
You need to master English and enjoy working in an international setting where you will get to exchange knowledge with people from all over the world.
You have what it takes to plan and organize your own workday.
You are a driven problem solver who eagerly takes initiatives and always delivers on time and according to expectations.
