CX Insights and Analytics Team - let's introduce ourselves
At Volvo, we are in the middle of an exciting transformation where new roles and goals are being created to meet future needs from the organisation, with a strong focus on how we better understand our consumers.

Our team is responsible to shape strategy for how we gather any kind of feedback from all parts of the consumer journey. This gives us valuable insights once we gather all the feedback into one analytics engine and then make sure to present it to relevant stakeholders and most importantly - take action. These insights will be supporting business functions like sales, customer care, retail operations, UX and our product offers.

CX Insights & Analytics Transformation Manager - this is what you'll do
In this role you will be responsible for change management in driving Volvo Cars towards a consumer-oriented company that wants to base priorities and decisions on consumer insights, including training materials, tutorials, physical trainings, etc. You will use the overall Consumer Insights strategy and programs and create transformation plans that creates engagement and eagerness in different functions to take actions on consumer feedback.

Further, you will contribute to the feedback governance strategy implementation by leading the transformational CX culture change, identifying competence needs and plans to close them. Part of your responsibilities will be to develop workshop materials and communication materials that helps to kick-start a consumer-oriented change in an operation or product team.

More, collaborating with the Learning and Development function to utilize global learning platforms, methods and vendors will be key, as well as working with different business functions as well as different markets.

Qualifications:
• Proven track record of leading global consumer-oriented transformations/change programs related to consumer insights
• Solid background in training content development within large corporate environment
• Experience organising culture change workshops and empathy sessions
• Experience of working with setting plans in motions that delivers on CX strategies
• 10+ years of work experience in CX or Insights functions

We're looking for you!
You are a natural storyteller and use insights to build cases and points. Further, you can demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and senior stakeholder management skills.

You also have strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex insights to cross-functional audiences. You are eager to develop existing ways of working into even more agile and flow-oriented structures. From previous experiences, you have a good understanding of different CX metrics and how to use them to drive business improvements.
