hela Sverige We are looking for Passionate Customer Support specialist for our Nordics team and home market.
At Atos Medical we are currently looking for a Customer Support specialist for our Swedish and Nordic home markets. Atos Medical has innovative, market-leading medical products and customers who depend on them in their daily life, be it professionals like doctors, nurses etc. or patients themselves. Your main responsibility is to make sure all our stakeholders have all the information that they need in order to get the most out of our products, that they can place orders with us in a seamless way and get the most benefits from the products afterwards, through outbound calls, marketing, trainings and patient events. To succeed in this role, we believe that you are somebody who can easily connect and build a trust-based relationship with our end-users over the phone.
Our team in Sweden is relatively small, so you will be expected to drive customer activities independently in the office, while working together with the products specialist in the field. This means you will have a lot of responsibility for the day-to-day work and that you are expected to deal with customer situations using your experience and background. To help you, however, there is an experienced team of 10 great colleagues, who will work alongside you, serving customers across the Nordic countries.
The job content
• Call consumers registered with consent with Atos Medical to understand their situation and potential need of product support (mostly Sweden and Norway)
• Handle inbound customer calls and email and process product orders across Nordic countries (mostly Sweden and Norway)
• Develop and manage sales leads through a cycle (intro call, product sampling, follow-up calls, refill calls, etc.)
• Develop and implement customer marketing plans together with rest of country teams
• Work with our product specialists to plan and organize customer events and courses
• Maintain the SAP CRM database with information received from calling consumers to continuously improve our understanding of our users
Professional skills
• Experience with Direct sales to customers via phone (outbound and inbound)
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and MS Office
• Multi-lingual Nordic speaker. Fluent in Swedish and Norwegian towards customers in verbal and writing. Danish proficient is an advantage
• Personal and relational skills in order to build report and trust among customers over long period of time
• Empathy and ability to understand different situations of the end-users (patients) who may need special attention or care, depending on their health
• Strong communicator and the ability to connect with people on the phone
• Commercially driven and likes to pursue ambitious targets
• Energetic with a can-do attitude
• Working as part of a team
The role reports directly to the Managing Director, Nordics.
