We are now recruiting a Customer Support Manager to join the Sales team at Däckia. You will be responsible for assuring the coordination of the customer support team and report to the Sales Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Order management, customer requests, supporting customers
Support the sales force and Däckia workshops with information about commercial, technical and administrative matters
Manage, develop and support the team of 3 agents
Support the monthly reporting process
Drive a continuous service level improvement
System support and -maintenance

Who are you?
You have a significant experience of customer service and have been leading a team previously.
You have a degree in relevant field or preferably experience from the Automotive- and/or Tyre, or Retail industry.
You are fluent in Swedish, with good English skills.
Experience of Navision, CRM systems and the Office package is an advantage.
To be successful in the role, you need to have good leadership skills with a prestigeless attitude, since this is an operative management role. You are structured, adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. It is important that you are a good team player with social competence and enjoy networking and building relations both internally and externally. You are naturally service oriented, with a strong understanding in the sales process for products and services. A personal interest in the automotive industry and cars is beneficial!
