We're a growing tech company working within the transport sector with customers on every continent and in over 70 countries globally. We also have a team of support agents strategically placed to provide 24/7 support to our customers.
• where do you fit in?
As a part of our customer support team, you will work with any service-related issues escalated by our front-line support team or sales agents. The errands range from account management and administration to on-boarding and tech support. Direct contact with clients is limited, but ultimately you will help to make sure that our front-line support agents exceed our customer's expectations. The customer will be at the heart of everything you do.
Good to know...
• This is a full-time, permanent position working normal office hours at our HQ in Linköping Science Park.
• We'd like to see your applications in English but if you speak other languages, we'll consider that an advantage. (Especially Spanish, Finnish and French!)
• Although there is a technical element to the role, we consider this is an entry-level position so we don't believe that you need any technical qualifications to succeed.
• However, a good understanding of basic tech such as computing, mobile phones and mobile applications will serve as a great base for us to build on as we'll give you full training!
