You will handle customer support through emails and social media; you will go from questions about the menstrual cycle, to logistics and shipping, to product development requests.
Customer support is the center of our company, and you may need to work with all departments in order to fully help our customers. You will work with engaging our current and prospective customers through content creation and customer interaction, and will regularly report your actions and results. As we aim towards being a high end customer support we answer quickly and accurately, and you will aid in making sure all emails are answered each day by our support team.
• Ideally you have experience in customer support/service and have natural feeling of how to meet everyone's different needs and concerns in a professional manner.
• You are service-minded and compassionate, a quick thinker, and work just as good alone as in a close team.
• You have a genuine interest in the female reproductive system, and aim towards educating yourself in this field every day.
• You are competent within Microsoft Office, and are a quick learner. Working with a computer is no problem for you.
• You strive towards meeting set goals every day, and work good under pressure but do know how to occupy yourself when the workload is at a lower level.
• You are fully fluent in English as this is the corporate language, any other language is a bonus as we have users all over the world.
