You can see more here @ https://www.ibm.com/cloud/hybrid Your Role and Responsibilities : As a Customer Success Manager (Architect) - Turbonomic you will apply your technical skills to help our customers achieve their business outcomes with hybrid cloud & AI Growth Offerings. You will be responsible for use case identification, solution architecture design, MVP builds, and adoption of our Automation Growth Offerings that run on Red Hat OpenShift. You will also guide IT executives through the changes needed to unlock the full value of hybrid cloud, show users how to get value out of their solutions, identify expansion opportunities, and work with the renewal team to ensure execution of the renewal process.
To be successful in this role you:
Have strong Infrastructure background. Understanding of On-Premises infrastructure and a good knowledge around Virtualisation and surrounding technologies; Storage, Networking, Compute
Demonstrate a history of success as a consultant, pre-sales, technical account management, enterprise architect, customer success manager or equivalent
Deeply understand customer business and technology needs; become the face of IBM to the customer
Serve as a trusted technical expert for the customer's Application Resource Management (and/or Network Performance Management) deployment and adoption
Have a proven track record of leading technical conversations and persuading others to take action based on requirements and value provided by solutions
Have handled difficult customers or situations and can demonstrate resolutions
Willingness to take initiative and tackle things on your own
Ability to navigate data and people to find answers
Execute customer success plan to drive adoption post-deployment
Ensure your customer receives quantifiable value from Turbonomic by both guiding and leading them along the defined ARM Multi-Journey roadmap
Deliver against the defined Turbonomic methodology with its associated Standard operating Procedures and Best Practices
Identify opportunities within the customers' environment to extend Turbonomic adoption by understanding their projects and key business and technical objectives.
Document all work with customers including overall value provided, run books, configuration guides, and executive summaries.
Ensure overall professional quality of the interaction with each customer, coordination of all aspects of delivery, and overall adoption of Turbonomic across the customer landscape.
Demonstrate clear understanding of industry trends, common challenges, best practices, customer's business, competitors, market positioning and adoption of best practices.
Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Turbonomic, cloud, containers, virtualization, data center infrastructure and other emerging technologies.
Maintain all current Turbonomic certifications as required.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise : 5+ years minimum experience in an infrastructure role with an understanding of hardware architecture and design.
Extensive experience in at least 2 of the following:
Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V) 5+ Years
Public Cloud Technologies (AWS / Azure) 3+ Years
Containers (Kubernetes / OpenShift / Docker) 1+ Years
Infrastructure Management (Server / Storage / Network) 4+ Years
Proven ability to deliver technical workshops to customer teams, confidently sharing knowledge and answering technical questions.
Strong analytical, organizational and documentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple client engagement projects of varying degrees of complexity.
Technical understanding and hands-on experience with Containers, OpenShift, Value Prop, Use Cases, Competitive Differentiation
Technical understanding of enterprise data centers, (and/or network management), IBM Middleware / Software / Cloud Services
Experience with enterprise software implementations
Ability to show customers how to "use" the offerings to get to first productive use and proactive expansion
Can build a growth plan to demonstrate how Growth Offerings will deliver customer outcomes
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Understanding of enterprise software implementations, SaaS / IaaS / PaaS and cloud applications
Strong interpersonal relationship building and executive communications skills
Can manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
Passionate about learning and development around new Technologies and Skills
Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise : 5-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services and/or Services Industries, Technical Sales (e.g., technology or management consulting)
Experience working with OpenShift and Hybrid Cloud & AI Growth Offerings
Experience working in B2B Enterprise Software, SaaS / IaaS / PaaS and/or Cloud
