For an assignment within a company that offers interconnection and settlement services to the global mobile internet industry we know look for a Customer Solutions Manager. For the successful candidate there will be a possibility to be employed directly by this company within 6 months.
Work description
The Customer Solutions Manager supports the local organization in the Nordic/Baltic region in the sales phase and interacts with operators to ensure that the company can provide the service at the committed service level to content providers. In this rewarding and challenging position you will work closely to the marketing-, technical- and sales department. Responsibilities include: Evaluate technical operator specifications with regards to new markets as well to new services on established markets. Provide technical sales support.
Work with 1:st line support to prepare and support Gold Customer integrations and service launch. Take an active role in the CSM group in order to build the global offering. Work in conjunction with Finance to enhance the settlement system.
Manage responsibilities delegated by Regional Manager and Product Management.
Competence
You have a Msc. or equivalent academic degree in Computer Science or Engineering in combination with related work experience. Furthermore you have a broad technical knowledge in related fields including support, programming (Java and others) and telecom. The ideal candidate also has skills in UNIX and posses the following characteristics: Ability to work independently and in teams.
Strong drive in initiating, executing and completing given work tasks. Very good skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Diplomatic and educating as well as good at multitasking.
