CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
TEMPORARY

During this period our Customer Service Department is looking for additional staff. You will be part of a team delivering the highest level of customer service and internal support. You will be responsible for order processing of European orders, issuing quotes and supporting our sales team on a daily basis. We are working in a high speed environment from time to time.
To do this we trust you are sales oriented, have good administrative skills and are well organised. You are service minded with general computing skills and fluent in English and Swedish, orally and in writing. We prefer previous experience in customer service, order handling, sales and/or telesales.
You will also be first back up for the International sales coordinator which means daily communication with our worldwide distributors, mainly in Asia. We count on your earlier experience of international shipments, letter of credit, and the like.
