CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
One Year temporary position, starting June 2016
Our Customer Service Department is looking for additional staff because of parental leave, starting June 2016 for at least a year's employment. This position is office based in Uppsala, Sweden.
As Customer Service Representative you service our customers by providing product and service information via primarily phone and email and you processes purchase orders and quotes ensuring accurate order fulfilment. To do this we trust you are sales oriented, have good administrative skills and are well organised. You are service minded with good general computing skills and fluent in English and Swedish, orally and in writing. We operate with daily business deadlines so you should be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
You will be part of a team delivering the highest level of customer service and internal support to our European sales team on a daily basis. You also back up the International sales coordinator which means daily communication with our worldwide distributors, mainly in Europe and Middle East.
Prior work experience in sales support and/or customer service role in a technical environment is preferred.
