hela Sverige We have an opening for a norwegian speaking Customer Service Representative to join Univar in our Malmö office. This is a temporary position for one year commencing in March 2015 to cover a maternity leave. Since the position is dealing with our Norwegian market, the person needs to be fluent in Norwegian.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order entry
• Delivery surveillance
• Incoming calls
• Quotations
• Customer complaints
We Are Looking For:
• Previous experience in customer service. Minimum of 2 years.
• Good computer knowledge and previous experience in SAP would be an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken Norwegian and English. An understanding of the other Nordic languages is seen as highly advantageous.
• You should be reliable, business oriented and service minded. Excellent communication skills, flexible and able to adjust to current conditions.
