hela Sverige Acting as an interface against customers, sales, subcontractors and Panalpina offices and agents and ensuresoperational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction. In this role you will work within the functional scope of Overland/Logistics and rail).
Key Tasks:
• Interface against customer, sales, subcontractors and PA offices/agents
• Receive booking and book shipment with main transport provider
• Data entry in operational systems and processing of shipping documents
• Job cost file, check shipping run, update estimated Gross Profit and close file
• Invoice internally and externally and handle and control incoming invoices
• Handle irregularities and claims documentation
• Continuously search for cost effective and competitive transport solution within limits of subcontracting process.
It 's a merit with functional know-how in overland/rail freight processes. We expect you to have previous experience within customer service, basic business administration competence and a customer driven attitude. We are looking for someone who is process oriented and good knowledge of data analysis and KPI's.
