We have an immediate opening for an individual who can fulfil the following role as Customer Service Operator/Key User SAP-OTC for Bleaching Chemicals in Bohus.
The Customer Service is located in Bohus, Ambés, Barcelona and Soave and is serving PPC with the "Order to Cash" process. As a CSO you will be the link between the customers and SPC's supply chain processes regarding sales order fulfilment.
The position has two main focus, working as CSO and be the Key User in SAP-OTC. The main tasks and responsibilities are: CSO - Receive and enter customer orders into the ERP system. - Retrieve information from order related VMI devices and periodically review to create customer orders.
• Handle customer's consignment stocks including cost/ton and monthly invoicing.
• See to that customer orders are entered accurate and on time. - Send invoices and randomly check customer's invoice's before dispatch.
• Take initiative to contact plant supply coordinators (PSC), customers and sales when order fulfilment problems occur. Key User SAP-OTC
• Be the key user within SAP for the OTC flow. This means, support and train our CSO's and also take an active part in the development of SAP and how the processes will look like.

• Academic degree in Economy or Logistics or corresponding experience/competence.
• Deep knowledge of SAP and especially the OTC flow. - Customer service oriented.
• High social competence and ability to build long term relationship.
• Good knowledge in English and Swedish.
• Skills in MS Office package - Knowledge about transportation of dangerous goods
• Knowledge about payment and INCO terms To be successful in this position you should be used to work in a self-dependent way, but at the same time be a good team player.
You are a good communicator both orally and in writing. As a person you are positive, responsible, highly result oriented as well as service minded.
