About the role:
We are now looking for two people for Customer Service & Logistic Associate that will be working fulltime at our office in Sollentuna. We are servicing our customers in the fastest and most efficient way possible with a high level of quality. As our customer service and logistic associate, you will work closely with the logistics team and our supplier in China.
Key responsibilities:
• Handling emails and phone calls from customers
• Process Online Orders and customs functions
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints
• Maintain the customer database
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Send orders to customers
• Handling logistic work
Experience and competencies:
Must have:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer oriented and determined to meet customer expectations
• Master's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or similar relevant degree.
• Fluency in English at a professional level
• You need to be flexible in your duties and be able to support your colleagues when needed.
• Proactive mindset
• Microsoft Office Skills
Good to have:
• Knowledge about DHL/FedEx freight
• E-Commerce order management
