Based in Stockholm in the intersection between music and technology is Amuse, the world's first mobile record label. Amuse operates an iOS and an Android app to help artists around the world stay in complete control of their music rights. In addition to our apps we also run a record company the way it was supposed to be run, artist friendly, and innovative with a twist of data and insights.

We are looking to fill an integral role on the Customer Support team. We are looking for an energetic, passionate Customer Service Agent in Stockholm. This is a great opportunity to join a team of innovators, who are passionate about delivering new initiatives in the digital space.

As a Customer Support Agent you will provide Amuse users with great service. You will make sure users have filled in correct information needed in order to upload the release to different music services such as Apple Music and Spotify. Furthermore, you answer questions online through e-mail. You will communicate with users all around the world!

More specific you will:

Make sure that users upload correct information and meet Amuse requirements regarding artwork or the quality of the song, for example

Offer support to users online via the ticket platform Zendesk.

Create routines in how to support users in the most effective way

Requirements

Have previous work experience, preferable from client-orientated work within the service sector and/or with administration

Have a genuine interest in music and want to work in a rapidly moving start up with high ambitions

Pay attention to details and have the ability to work independently

Are fluent in both spoken and written English.

Live in Stockholm

It will be considered an additional qualification if you:

Have previous experience working with Zendesk or other relevant ticketing system

As a person, you pay attention to the details of the work and make sure to take them into consideration. You always ensure that nothing is left to chance. You like working with administration and feel comfortable having contact with users online, through e-mail. Furthermore, you are flexible and take great responsibility in your daily tasks. Since the work environment is fast moving and entrepreneurial, we are looking for a person able to adapt to changes, embracing ever-changing demands and new challenges.
