Sweden Operations is one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturing sites in the world. The site supply to over 100 different countries and counts for ~40% of the total volume of AstraZeneca's sales. The site has ~3000 employees. The site is also the primary launch site within the AstraZeneca network and many of the products in AstraZeneca's exciting pipeline will be launched from Sweden Operations in the future.



The arena

We are now searching for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) within the Outbound organization. Placement Gärtuna, Södertälje, Sweden



Outbound are accountable for managing Supply to Customer and establish new supply to Customer. As Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) you will be an active member of these processes, operating mainly on a tactical level.



As CRM you have the supply chain understanding and skills to see the whole picture, independently identifying opportunities and issues, contributing to the resolutions. You will find yourself in a global high-paced environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with other roles. If you enjoy working with a high number of contacts, have the ability to be flexible and can constantly priorities and make assessments on where time best is spent in order to operate effectively in the role - join us!



Main Duties and Responsibilities

As CRM you will ensure excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, you will have daily interactions with customers globally as well as with functions within Sweden Operations ie Planning, QA, Project Management, Finance & Distribution Center. A key part of the role is stakeholder management, acting as the voice of the customer within Sweden Operations and as Sweden Operations voice to the customers. As the contacts include a wide range of customers, in a variety of countries and cultures including more senior stakeholder, communication is of great importance and a key to success. An important part in the role is to build, maintain and develop relations. The role leads and/or participates in projects locally or globally. You will also contribute to the LEAN agenda within Outbound, driving process simplification and improvement initiatives.



As CRM you also have other accountabilities such as:

* Lead or represent Outbound in local and/or global projects (New Product Introduction, Supply Chain, Distribution, GDP and Lean)
* Business Process Owner accountabilities within the Delivery Process
* Contribute to introduction of new external customers.
* Developing, maintain and improve our customer service.
* Support the lean culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and high performance.
* Represent Outbound in E2E forums by close collaboration with planning teams driving performance and process improvements.
* Active contribution to the development of Outbound direction and delivery of team targets.



Essential Requirements

* Higher education
* End2End supply chain knowledge
* Experience from supply chain environment
* Influencing and communication skills
* Relationship management
* Change management
* SAP and APO knowledge
* Fluent English both spoken and written



Desirable Requirements

* GMP and GDP knowledge
* Business Process management
* LEAN thinking
