This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to: Sales Support Manager - Customer Support.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical Product Support within the area of Robot Controller and Robot Software to our internal customers around the world. Every day, you will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure complete case ownership and deliver high quality customer experience. You will also have the space to use your technical expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and improve the quality of our deliveries.
You will be part of a driven, technically strong, and collaborative team where you will have the opportunity to grow, contribute, and make an impact. We work closely with both R&D and our global support functions and thrive in an environment centered on technical knowledge, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Work model: Hybrid-4 days in office, 1 day flexible.
Responsibilities
Provide quick and precise solutions to customer technical issues.
Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs and coordinate end-to-end management of cases. Our aim is to maximize our customers' production time.
Proactively keep customers informed regarding status, progress, and any questions related to their cases.
Continuously build your and the team competences around Robot Controller, Robot Software and Problem Solving.
Collaborate closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues, share insights, and contribute to product and software improvements.

Qualifications for the Role
You enjoy working with technically advanced products, troubleshooting, support methodology, and digital tools, and you thrive in the intersection between technology and customer contact in the robotics industry.
You have at least 3-5+ years of experience in technical customer support, field service, R&D or product/system engineering within the area of Robotics.
Experience working as a Technical Support Engineer, Product Specialist, Field Service Engineer, or similar roles in robotics, industrial automation, or software is an advantage.
Experience with RobotWare, IRC5/OmniCore, troubleshooting tools, case management systems, and digital platforms is essential.
You are passionate about structured work methods, problem-solving, customer communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
You are comfortable communicating in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
