ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Responsible for co-ordinating all customer-facing product development processes to define new programme requirements from point of initiation to customer approval. Provides expertise across Point of Sale Branding to enable the Sales Manager to offer the customer total solutions. Will be required to work in close contact with Sales and Global sampling and Product Deployment Teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Face of development to the Customer - Serves as primary and direct product development point of contact for customers. Responsible for gathering all necessary information/specifications from customer to effectively develop new programmes or redesigns of existing programmes to support achievement of Sales opportunities. This will involve input into Oracle Front End
• Provide basis product re-engineering to the Customer, direction of good-better-best approach
• Facilitate briefing process for Creative Services and Market Development Team on planned proactive engagements for: a) Creative Design, b) Green Prints and c) 360 Insight Deep Dives.
• Review and co-ordinate sample requirements. Promoting suggestions/information to RBO?s on alternative methods of physical samples in order to assist in cost reduction within the Company.
• Accompanies or attends customer presentations as required.
• Conduct purpose-specific store audits when required.
• Full understanding and ability to analyse programme profitability, apply judgment and advise sales on total solutions. Track/monitor price proposal lead times and win/loss data for sales region and given RBO.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
• 2 years professional experience with at least 2 years in a business to business customer facing role preferably dealing with large companies.
• Strong motivation, negotiation and facilitation skills
• Strong aptitude in handling details, control and ensuring high level customer service
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
• Experience in project management
