JOB DESCRIPTION
Axis high delivery precision and strong customer order service is very important to our success. In order to maintain our high standards we are now looking for a motivated Manager who can lead and develop our customer order function during the temporary absence of our ordinary manager.
As Customer Order Manager you will have two major responsibilities, 1) personnel management including motivating your staff, planning personnel development, planning resources and setting salary. 2) Operational and strategic management of the function, i.e. setting- and following up goals and strategies for the order process. The operational part of the role involves ensuring and developing the quality of the global order processes and routines by assisting and educating customer order coordinators at our sales offices and Configuration and Logistics Centers worldwide. You will also support customers, the sales organization, product management and operations management with other customer order related information.
The role involves traveling, 30-50 days/year.
THE CUSTOMER ORDER TEAM
The team is handling customer contacts, customer orders and order support to the sales organization, constantly working towards KPIs as delivery precision, service level and response times in order to measure and improve processes and customer satisfaction.
The team currently consists of 8 people including temporaries, all with different geographic and functional responsibilities. Within the team a senior order administrator acts as project leader, business system super user and is driving activities.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a driven and organized leader with previous experience from customer service, order administration or sales administration in an international environment. You are communicative and enjoy interacting and collaborating with different cultures and people. Furthermore we believe you have previous management experience including responsibility for personnel and that you have the ability to promote a productive and good work environment.
Apart from the above you are open minded, pay attention to details and have a strong drive. You have very good English skills (written and verbal) and have ERP system knowledge and good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and Word). If you have experience in web-based order management this will be considered a plus.
