That's why we're expanding our Customer Success department and looking for more Onboarding Specialists to join our team focusing on the Finnish and English Market. Our mission is to have the most satisfied customers, and we are looking for people who want to give our customers a world-class onboarding experience
You will both onboard customers through meetings, webinars, and other platforms that can help you, as well as both improve and find new ways of working.
Within the Customer Success department, you find Customer Success Managers, Product Specialists, and Onboarding Specialists who are located in Sweden, Finland, and the UK
Your key responsibilities will be to:
• Implement and onboard new customers
• During onboarding, ensure our customers utilize the product when they go "live."
• Create and hold webinars regarding onboarding and training
• Create and use Intercom/Product tours to onboard customers
• Create material for onboarding
• Collect and analyze customers feedback
• Together develop and improve ways of working with the onboarding of our customers.

Is this you?
• Experience in onboarding and technical customer support in the SaaS industry
• Experience in the HR industry
• A hobby "tech-savvy" person
• Fluent in Finnish & English - and other languages is a plus
