The Customer Distribution Center (CDC) Gävle, in Gävle, Sweden, is a supply unit within Business Unit Networks. Our 850 employees deliver infrastructure for mobile systems worldwide. Through the entire supply chain for 2G and 3G, we are responsible for analyzing where changes are needed, initiating corrective action and driving change. Service is a high-priority market area for Ericsson.
Job description
As a Customer Logistics Manager, you are responsible for all the activities necessary to secure deliveries to our customers around the world. This means that you will ensure on time deliveries and good communication with Ericsson market units and our suppliers. You will work for continuous improvement both in the supply chain and internal work methods.
You will also be responsible for handling contacts with customers, the planning department, suppliers and Ericsson market units regarding production and delivery ability. The role also includes contacts with our distribution service providers around the world.
This is a diverse role that will give you a broad experience of Ericsson's business. You will work in an international environment in close cooperation with your team and with the ability to work abroad at our market units for shorter periods.
Qualifications (formal education needed)
A Bachelor or Master of Science or Business Administration is required.
Work experience in order management or within the relevant areas will be viewed favorably. Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish are essential.

• Excellent cooperation and communication skills are required.
• The ability to take the initiative and to be a driving force in the department is essential.
• You must enjoy working in a cooperative and dynamic environment.
