Purpose of the role
As a Fulfillment Leader you are responsible for demand and fulfilment process for StanleyBlack&Decker for the Benelux and Nordics Countries. You work in a close cooperation with finance, marketing, sales, supply chain and product management as well as with our Costumers.  The position will report to the manager for Demand and Fulfillment located in Belgium.
Key responsibilities: 

• Control supply chain solutions for the Benelux & Nordics - Division for StanleyBlack&Decker
• To facilitate and drive the S &OP forecasting processes for this region and divisions
• To drive clear communication of the s&OP process between the commercial team, the finance team, and the DC supply team
• To monitor and report OTIF fill rates for major Customers
• To be the first point of contact for major Customers in terms of supply chain issues
• To be the benchmark for the European Sales and Operations team
• Deliver minimum OTIF fill rate target levels for our customers for the relevant product divisions
• Achieve forecast accuracy as per target for the region and the relevant product divisions
• Align Demand Value and Sales Estimate
• Own supply chain from customer orders to planners orders
• To achieve set inventory level targets for the region
• Proactively drive relevant reporting for each of the major customers and relevant product divisions  
Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance, or Logistics
• 2-4 years commercial experience, preferable of a similar position
• Order management and/or supply chain experience is desired
• PC and Internet literate - MS Office Suite, Demand Forecasting system
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Background in the FMCG or a manufacturing environment is preferable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organisation & Time Management skills
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills
• A team player with excellent communication skills at all levels of personnel and management
• Market and sales awareness
• Initiative to think above and beyond the basic requirement
• Basic financial abilities
• Facilitation and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels
• High level of enthusiasm and a passion for excellence
