We now want you to be a part of our team, taking great care of our German speaking online customers! We can offer a full-time position in our Customer Experience team, based at Happy Socks' quirky head office in central Stockholm. The working hours are primarily weekdays 9:00-18:00. During peak times, work hours might be extended.

Who are you?

You are a flexible, fun, and positive individual determined to learn about customer experience and the endless possibilities it can bring to an online retail journey. You like to interact and put a smile on customers' faces, while at the same time able to grasp a bigger picture of how customer support can contribute to eCommerce as a whole. You are curious about data, have a sharp eye for spotting sales opportunities, and are not afraid to try new things in order to put insights to good use.

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service via email and chat
Apply standard procedures and best practices to satisfy customer needs (returns, refunds, exchanges etc.)
Proactively inform customers about available products and services across all customer touch points using new and innovative means while maintaining Happy Socks' brand image
Outline areas where customer experience can be improved (based on customer feedback, own observations or competitor analysis) with the aim of decreasing response time, increasing customer satisfaction, and improving the customer feedback loop
Ad-hoc translations for various communication material

Skills & Requirements:

Fluency in English and German is a must
Service-minded and tech-savvy
Customer-first" and supportive attitude with a natural understanding of how to exceed customer expectations
Previous experience within customer service is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and in a team
Ability to perform under pressure, e.g., peak sales with skyrocketing customer queries
