Perido is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to Star Stable Entertainment AB. Star Stable was founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 2011. Based on an existing and popular story, the company set out to create the best and most engaging horse adventure games ever made. Today, the company employs a great team, with over 90 people. These customer service managers, marketers and developers work tirelessly behind the scenes to bring users worldwide a great experience.

Now they are looking for their new Customer Experience Manager who will join the team as responsible for Customer service - Risk protection- Safety management - Translation coordination. Below you find some of your tasks:

• Manage the daily operations and the development of processes related to the Customer Experience team handling customer service, risk protection and translations.
• Maintaining relationship with outsourced parties for customer service, risk protection and translations.
• Lead project and tasks related to customer experience improvements and optimisation projects.
• Act as the main driver in the organisation as the voice of the customer initiatives and channel customer feedback to enable decision making and improvement prioritisation.
• Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
• Recruit, mentor and develop staff including train the trainer program.

To thrive and be a good Customer Experience Manager we believe that you are a positive, outgoing and structured person who has an interest in online gaming. You enjoy statistics and take strong ownership related to development of tools and processes. You are a person who can motivate the team and acknowledge them for what they do. You can see what the team and the customer service department need to improve and develop the customer experience. We see that you are a creative person who can pitch new ideas, get management approval and follow them through. And mostly have a passion for excellent customer service.

Required qualifications
• University degree or similar
• 3-5 years experience on Customer Service management or similar
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally
• Experienced in process improvement and optimisation methods
• Passion for Customer service
• Frequent travelling approximately once a quarter
• Fluent in English, both oral and written

Meritorious
• Experience from working with online gaming

Contract type and hours
Fulltime, start as soon as possible.
