Your workday
As a Customer Delivery Manager at Speeron, you will manage the operations team responsible for hardware and software specification, installation, and configuration in the client environment. The team consists of 9 people in Sweden and is a mix of technicians and project managers.
Your role as a Customer Delivery Manager will have a mix of operational and strategic aspects. You will have an overarching view and responsibility for all the client projects ongoing, making sure the right parts of the projects are handled on time and that the team members know what to do. There are several projects ongoing simultaneously and you coordinate with your team, the clients, and third-party subcontractors that do the actual installations.
Speeron is looking for someone who also can with their previous expertise have an impact on their ways of working and help shape new business processes and structures. Input on how to drive projects more efficiently will be adhered to, and this role will in the future take more of a strategic level when Speeron is growing.
Speeron has offices in Sweden, Finland, Spain, and Poland and works with clients in the different countries. The role will entail some traveling.
Who are you?
To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
At least 5 years of experience working with technical project management.
Previous experience in leading and managing a team.
Good skills in Office 365
Fluent in Swedish and English.
