Our Distribution Business Unit in Europe consists of a distributor and dealer support network. They deliver reliable sales and service of durable and high performing engine, generator set and aftermarket products to our regionally based (global) partners. Working in a diverse, multi-cultural and innovative space, you'll interact directly with our customers, build relationships and develop high tech solutions that will fuel your advanced career skill set. This is an exciting opportunity in Sweden (or Norway) for a HR Generalist.
Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:
• Compiling and analyzing HR process metrics, analyzing results and recommending improvements
• Assisting in resolution of conflicts and providing coaching and counselling on employment matters
• Participation in performance management activities including employee development planning
• Providing staffing and recruitment support
• Facilitation of compensation processes and benefits administration
• Assisting in managing administration of and adherence to human resources policies and procedures
• Advising on compliance with key legislative requirements
• Coordination of training needs assessment, participation in training activities and special projects
• Creation of employment contracts by local law and practice and ensuring of accuracy and completeness of workforce information in HR information system
Skills and Experience Required
• Generalist HR expertise gained in an international environment.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian and/or Swedish
• Good communication and organization skills
Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
