The role
The CTO is a member of the WirelessCar Management Team reporting to the CEO and overall accountable at WirelessCar globally for the delivery towards all customers including customer and product development, operation and support. Oversees all technical aspects and maintain the technological vision.
The CTO is a key leader at WirelessCar and must be a role model for our Mission, Vision and Spirit.
To your help you have your management team with department managers and program managers, the full department more than 400 people and WirelessCar agile Way of Working.
Key responsibilities
The CTO is responsible for the global total delivery, including development, operations, support, etc. Part of this is to ensure fulfillment of agreed customer SLA:s, delivery commitments and ensure compliance with legal and standard requirements. The CTO is also accountable for the Technology and Way of Working strategies.
Overall technology and architectural vision
Overall responsible for governance and WirelessCar management systems
Quality and performance of continuous delivery and service continuity
Quality and performance in program and product delivery
Monitors compliance with e.g. GDPR, ISO 9001
Overall responsible for the cost of the total delivery including R&D
To be one of us
As a member of the WirelessCar management team you need to have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions. You are innovative with a strong delivery focus and a business oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork, contribute with team spirit and you like taking responsibility. You also have a strong interest in developing and building effective teams.
You have a university degree or similar skills obtained through experience. You have experience as a senior business leader from automotive industry, software engineering, agile development, service operation and process development. Further you have a high capacity to execute against set targets, good planning skills and are great when it comes to customer business knowledge. Experience from automotive connectivity will be regarded as positive.
