Your role:
As CSRD Program manager you will work together with the Group Sustainability team in a new role to drive Sustainability at Electrolux. We are leaders in sustainability and our strategy is sustainable. One of our goals is to make our sustainability reporting as robust as our financial reporting, living up to the CSRD requirements is a fundamental part of this. We see future demands from key internal and external stakeholders on being able to share our progress and processes more transparently and more often, this requires us to set up new ways of working to fulfil CSRD requirements for the future. We also want to take the next step in developing and using data for decision-making and collaboration across the group.
As such, we need to ensure that the right processes and tools are in place to gather data and be able to report accurately and in a timely manner both externally and internally.
Key Responsibilities:
As the CSRD program manager you will provide a framework and structure for the organization's CSRD initiatives and ensure they align with the organization's values and mission, address stakeholder concerns, and are sustainable. More specifically you will:
• Drive the development of the CSRD program, to ensure that Electrolux is prepared for coming regulatory requirements, collaborating with and leading the various functions across the group
• Participate in developing the double materiality assessment
• Establish CSRD policies and procedures
• Develop a detailed skills mapping to plan for the resources required
• Monitor and report on CSRD performance
• Engage stakeholders and drive steerco discussions
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Continuously improve the organization's CSRD efforts
How will you do this?
Your profile:
We believe the right person has:
• A passion for and experience working with sustainability and understanding of it's role in driving successful business
• Experience in financial and/or sustainability reporting or internal control
• Experience of TCFD reporting a plus
• University degree in Sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or equivalent
• A natural attention to detail
• An analytical, organized and problem-solving mind set as well as critical thinking.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong story-telling skills and PowerPoint development
• Great collaboration skills, likes to achieve things together
• Takes initiative to make things happen
• The ability to navigate and work in a fast-changing and sometimes unclear environment
