Cross Delivery Coordinator for External Products
Introduction

About the role
Partner Product Sales work with the prioritized initiatives Dropship and via DC, focusing on both internal needs (e.g., how can we reduce manual steps in the product flow) and external needs (e.g., what aggregator partners would our existing and potential partners prefer). We act as the entry point for external data and provide the partners with the manual and/or technical interfaces necessary for them to do business with us and ensure the data flows for partners to do business with us. We focus on solutions to make the interaction between H&M and partners scalable and efficient.
We are responsible for the SAAS Marketplace Platform Mirakl which we use for both Dropship and via DC, although to a different extent. For the Dropship Flows, Mirakl and the surrounding integrations built (referred to as MPOP) are key components. For via DC, partners enter the marketing data using Mirakl, but all other interactions with H&M, such as approving an order or sending an invoice, are done by the partner in the aggregator interface B24. B24 is H&M's first aggregator partner for via DC. We are responsible for coordinating H&M's collaboration with B24, as many different systems are receiving information from the aggregator. In a near future we might have more aggregators for via DC, and our first for Dropship. Or maybe one combined?

Work tasks
As a Cross Delivery Coordinator within External Products you will drive initiative to improve our partner facing interfaces and systems, and together with the team ensure that we are taking the right steps in order to streamline the business flows, satisfy our partners and in the end - achieving a great shopping experience for our customers.
Some of your daily work includes:
• The primary focus for you as a Cross Delivery Coordinator is to drive initiatives to improve the partner experience within the team, cross Product Teams, cross Product Areas and towards our IT Suppliers
• Driving these initiatives means analyzing and identifying opportunities together with the team, primarily our Business Experts and Product Owner, and to execute on the top prioritized objectives
• In order to execute on the top prioritized initiatives, you need to be a person that enjoys digging into the details and the solution, as well as to drive and lead initiatives independently
• To succeed in this role, cross-functional collaboration with carious stakeholders will be key
• You will not only work with many stakeholders and products within Business Tech, but you will also be operationally and tactically responsible for our wholesale interfaces, ensuring a smooth collaboration with our IT Partners e.g. coordinating releases of new functionality, test plans etc.
• Lastly, you will be a part of driving the growth of H&M's eco system, which is one of the top 5 focus areas for the company 2021!

Responsibilities
• Take ownership of our wholesale partner experience
• Lead various product initiatives cross Product Teams, Product Areas and Domains
• Lead our operational and tactical collaboration with key IT partners
• Take responsibility and accountability and drive planning and resolution
• Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and tasks
• Develop a thorough understanding of business processes and technical issues related

Requirements - We are looking for you who
• Have a university degree
• Project lead experience
• Technical interest and curiosity
• Strong in planning, execution and follow up together with a "can-do attitude"
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Swedish - Good to know
It is beneficial if you have previous or knowledge from:
• Working B2B
• Working with the wholesale model
