Cross Delivery Coordinator for External Products

About the team and area
Within the External Products program we are striving to enable new business models for H&M Group, connecting our digital platforms with selected retail partners to improve our customer offering.
Within this product, we are focusing on the technical capabilities necessary to do business with our retail partners. The needs and possibilities are many, but to give examples we are focusing on offering efficient 3rd party solutions for data transactions, seamless APIs for partner integrations, automatic capabilities for product data enrichment, translation capabilities and so forth.
About the role
As a Cross Delivery Coordinator within External Products, you will drive initiatives to improve our partner facing interfaces and systems for the wholesale business model, and together with the team ensure that we are taking the right steps in order to streamline the business flows, satisfy our partners and in the end - achieve a great shopping experience for our customers.
Some of your daily work includes
• The primary focus for you as a Cross Delivery Coordinator is to drive initiatives to improve the partner experience within the team, cross Product Teams, cross Product Areas and towards our 3rd party solutions.
• Driving these initiatives means analyzing and identifying opportunities together with the team, primarily our Business Experts and Product Owner, and to execute on the top prioritized objectives
• In order to execute on the top prioritized initiatives, you need to be a person that enjoys digging into the details and the solution, as well as to drive and lead initiatives independently
• To succeed in this role, cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders will be key
• You will not only work with many stakeholders and products within Business Tech, but you will also be operationally and tactically responsible for our wholesale interfaces, ensuring a smooth collaboration with our 3rd party solutions e.g., coordinating releases of new functionality, test plans etc.
• Lastly, you will be a part of driving the growth of H&M's eco system, which is one of the top 5 focus areas for the company 2021!
Responsibilities
• Take ownership of our wholesale partner experience
• Lead various product initiatives cross Product Teams, Product Areas and Domains
• Lead our operational and tactical collaboration with key 3rd party solutions
• Take responsibility and accountability and drive planning and resolution
• Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and tasks
• Develop a thorough understanding of business processes and technical issues related
Requirements - We are looking for you who
• Have a technical post-secondary education
• Project lead experience
• Technical interest and curiosity
• Strong in planning, execution and follow up together with a "can-do attitude"
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Swedish - Good to know
It is beneficial if you have previous or knowledge from
• Working B2B
• Working with the wholesale business model
