Global Expat Partners is a network organisation that supports international families (expats) during their stay abroad. In collaboration with the main international companies and relocation companies in Stockholm, the organisation established a Global Expat Centre in March 2011 as a home away from home for the international families. At the Global Expat Centre, the expats enjoy post relocation support with a main focus on Cultural Awareness, Language Support, Spousal Support and Social & Business Networking. With our business partners we support the expatriates so that they Enjoy the Stockholm Experience! Our growing organisation is currently looking for a Manager Cross-cultural Awareness & Communication (CAC) to join and strengthen our Stockholm team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the CAC Manager you will be responsible for:
• Content management of the innovative CAC program.
• Providing customised CAC courses.
• Leading & facilitating a team of cross-cultural
trainers/coaches.
• Promoting the CAC as well as other services provided by
Global Expat Partners.
• Providing ongoing family support and coaching the
expatriates after their relocation to Stockholm during their
posting.
• Providing Spousal Support and coordinating the seminars
facilitated by specialists in the field.
• Developing and facilitating in-depth seminars and workshops
to enlarge cultural awareness of the Swedish Society.
• The Manager CAC supports the organisation in achieving the
goal to maximise the benefits of the foreign posting for all
stakeholders by providing post relocation support.
• Facilitating the team of volunteers in executing their tasks at
the Global Expat Centre.
• Take an active role in growing the Global Expat Centre in
Stockholm.

QUALIFICATIONS
The assignment requires appropriate education qualifications in Cultural Awareness; Coaching and Communication.
The perfect candidate for the job:
• Is service minded
• Is experienced in cultural training / coaching
• Has strong written & verbal skills in both Swedish and English (other language skills is a plus)
• Is able to work independently
• Is a people manager
• Is a team player
• Is creative, innovative, & efficient
• Has MS office knowledge (Apple)
• Has international experience
