hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2020-08-27Dina arbetsuppgifterWe're looking for a creative CRM marketing specialist to our customer. As a CRM specialist you will support running the email and other CRM campaigns focusing on increasing retention, subscriptions revenue and ecommerce revenue as well as educating the user base about the product and strengthening the brand. Your main responsibilities include designing and creating campaigns, managing segments, developing, implementing and maintaining marketing activities as well as monitoring campaign results. As a CRM specialist you will work on the day-to-day execution of email and push marketing campaigns including designing, creating, scheduling, testing, deploying, and reporting.
You will create and optimise life cycles, drip campaigns and workflows. Also, you will work with Campaign Optimisation: Tracking and reporting on CRM campaigns in order to guide improvements.
Create and design various email templates using graphics, copywriting, personalisation and ensuring templates are mobile-friendly. Your job also include implement email and push deliverability best practices, ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices, and do A/B Testing copy and creatives in various campaigns to establish the most effective while developing documentation for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth as it relates to CRM marketing.

Kvalifikationer• You have experience in email marketing
• You have Marketing automation experience with tools such as Braze, Hubspot, or Leanplum.
• You have a strong background/experience in Graphic Design or UX.
• You have knowledge of latest digital marketing trends as well as analytical and database tools
• If you have knowledge in HTML/CSS knowledge that's a plus
• Experience in App marketing, Project management and Ecommerce is a plus
Dina personliga egenskaperTo succeed as a CRM Specialist you have to be a fast learner and a creative thinker with good problem-solving skills. You are a team-player but also self-going and driven. We also think you are communicative, flexible, creative and have a big interest in app technology.
ErsättningSalary, as agreed.
