At Stena Line we want our customers to know how important they are to us, without them we would not be the company we are today. Now our Head of Retention & Omni Channel is looking to strengthen his team with a CRM & Marketing Automation Manager B2C to make sure our company will be even more successful in our customer relationships in the future.
What you'll do:
In this fantastic role you own and lead development of CRM tools within Stena Line and report key metrics to our Retention & Omni Channel Group. If that is not great enough you will also drive change internally, but still make sure we always puts our customers first. You will also: ?
• Be responsible for B2C CLC and transactional mails, and all other outbound messages, guiding our local CRM managers, and help them develop and keep transformations ongoing
• Drive and actively distribute retention KPI's and analysis for retention across our organization and be the key stakeholder in direct marketing development ?
• Implement and drive outbound messaging & design with dynamic content to maximize retention and maintain Lifetime value of our customers?
• Developing and managing measuring tools for customer engagement within CRM channels, Google analytics, UTM tags etc
• Lead and inspire by coaching & supporting our local markets within CRM & retention in reaching their respective targets and KPI focus?
• Travel to, and develop close relationship with each local market, to drive change and listen to markets input. Manage educational programs within the given segment to maximize effect.
Who you are:
You need international experience in CRM/Omni channel, advanced enterprise web management, advanced Google analytics skills, content marketing experience, and a creative skill to design outgoing marketing. You also have advanced skills in social marketing. Of course we also expect you to be an excellent ambassador for our company and advocate for our CRM & marketing automations outside Stena Line to build brand recognition.
Location? Preferably in Gothenburg. But we are flexible if you are the best.
