We are currently seeking a driven and experienced CRM & Communication Leader to join our CRM team. In this role, you will be responsible for Kappahl's own channels/communication and team lead for the CRM content team. We are looking for you who are results-oriented and have a strong commercial understanding with a focus on maximizing traffic, engagement, and sales, always with the customer in focus.

As a CRM & Communication leader, your primary responsibilities are:

- Developing and implementing communication strategies/plans to maximize traffic, conversion, and sales in Kappahl's own channels.
- Planning and overseeing the production of communication across Kappahl's own channels.
- Coordinate execution of CRM activities i.e. member competitions.
- Ensure well-functioning and efficient processes for CRM content production.
- Follow-up, analyzing, and evaluating performance metrics to continually refine and optimize communication/channel strategies and achieve set objectives.
- Driving the development of both strategic and tactical communication to ensure that Kappahl reaches the right target audience in the right way.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders/other teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated communication strategy.
- Contribute to and ensure channel needs are met in the marketing content process.
- Plan resources and production by leading and guiding our team of content creators to ensure the communication is inspiring, relevant, and selling.

The business objectives are to contribute to enhancing the customer experience through relevant and inspiring communication. Communication in own channels should help activate, engage, and retain existing customers, as well as maximize traffic to sales channels.

This position is part of Kappahl's CRM team within our Sales department and reports to the CRM Manager. You will be part of a creative, inspiring, and ambitious team where we all help for the best effort.

Your profile
We are seeking someone like you, who has experience in similar roles already, planning/project leading communication preferably within own/digital channels i.e. e-mail, SMS, app -push notifications and ADR. You hold a relevant university degree or other higher education in Marketing, Communication, etc. Experience with CRM systems and Google Analytics is preferred, and familiarity with Voyado, Power BI, and the Adobe suite would be advantageous.

You are used to supporting and leading a team with creators to achieve their full potential. Ideally, you possess a good understanding of CRM/communication and channel dynamics.

In this role, you need to have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
