Our department, Credit Management, handle all incoming payments from cash/credit card and invoices and are divided in two different teams, Sales Accounting and Accounts Receivable.
What will you do?
As a Credit Controller you will be a part of our Accounts Receivable team. The team consists of 7 colleagues who are placed together at our headquarter in Gothenburg. As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for some of the ledgers and interact with our customer to make sure we receive payment in time and react if there could be a risk. The role also involves a lot of contact with colleagues within the Stena Line Group.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Ensure customers pay on time
• Credit check and monitor customers
• Legal actions
• Payment reminders
• Interest invoicing
• Incoming payments
• Intercompany/Netting
• Direct Debits
• Reconciliation of customer ledger and suspense accounts
• Month end closing
• Other projects
Who are you?

The must-haves:
• At least a high school degree in Business Administration/Economics
• Fluent in Swedish as well as English, written and spoken (German is a plus too!)
• Knowledge about customer ledger and/or the credit process

This is a full-time, temporary position from 1st of July 2021 to 31st of August 2022 based in Gothenburg within our Finance department.
