Job Description
Are you a skilled and solution oriented Creative with a high interest in style, youth culture and design? Do you have an outstanding knowledge in social media? With strong social media creative skills and a passion for communication for our young customers? Right now, we're looking for someone like you!
As a Creative you are accountable for developing, overseeing and executing conceptual and visual expressions in all social media channels. You will secure our brand identity in all content and adapt it to the latest trend for social media platforms. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Your responsibilities include:
• Develop inspirational, relevant & engaging creative assets with a strong focus on all social media channels.
• You will be responsible to for helping to produce fast, high-end and brand adherent content together with the production team
• Close collaboration with copywriters to ensure a true social media experience.
• Present your ideas & solutions to teammates and other stake holders
• Act with confidence and develop creative assets independently
• Ensure final creative master is visually appealing and on-brand
• Create clear guidelines for all channels and media types, for internal teams and external agencies
• Learn a lot, make an impact and have fun
Qualifications
Who we are looking for:
As a person we believe that you are driven, flexible and enjoy working in a team. You have the ability to manage multiple projects and know how to prioritize between tasks.
To be a successful Creative we also believe you have:
• 1+ years of proven success as a creative or similar client or agency side
• Experience in developing creative strategies based on consumer insights for social media
• Confidence working with various kinds of social media platforms
• Passion for content creation, graphic design, photography, motion, and digital design
• Experience and confidence working in a fast-paced environment with solid approval processes
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• A curious mindset and keen to learn new crafts
• A degree in design, graphic arts or communications.
Additional information
This is a full-time Temporary Position (12 months), starting as soon as possible. You will be located at the H&M Head Office in Stockholm.
