We are now recruiting the next Lead of Engineering Services, Tools Processes to SVP Worldwide. In this position you will need to have a global mindset, working with quality, processes, Project Management and product ownership at a company that is growing and investing in their global RD. Selection will take place on an ongoing basis so don't hesitate with your application.
The Position
This position covers a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. You will have a coordinating role in managing the implementation and use of software used in RD. Together with internal super users you will create and maintain user guidelines and keeping track of software licenses. You will also coordinate the staff training and together with RD management ensure that the software is used at its best.
Another important task is responsibility of RD processes where you implement, configure and manage the processes used in the RD department. You will ensure that the processes are well described, implemented and easily found when needed.
The third part of this position is leading an internal RD helpdesk and work as a first line in issues regarding RD related Software. You will also work with maintenance of RD systems, both planned and unplanned, and you will act as a Project Manager and plan, execute and follow up your maintanence projects.
This is a strategic important position and you will report to Senior Manager, Engineering Services Regulatory Compliance, based in Copenhagen.
SVP 's RD center of excellence is based in Jönköping. They offer a hybrid workplace, but your close co-operation with the RD team requires at least a couple of days a week in Jönköping.
The position includes some travelling, but not on a regular basis.
Your profile
We are looking for a curious and communicative engineer / technician who wants to work in a broad and exciting role with a wide range of responsibilities and various tasks.
Preferably you have some years of experience in quality- and project management and coordination. You have experience of, or high personal interest in working with software tools as well as working in an international arena.
High communication skills in English, both written and verbally and being able to structure and prioritize task is the keys to success in this position. You have the ability to overview complex processes and simplify them when needed. If you have experience from and business processes (i.e ISO 9001) that is considered a very strong merit.
