Function & Role
Continuous Improvement (CI) at Electrolux is one of our top strategic drivers in order to deliver outstanding consumer experiences. CI is accelerated through 'Electrolux Manufacturing System' (EMS) in most operations functions, and by our 'OnBeat' framework also in support functions, driving overall business improvements and culture change across all operations, resting on lean & agile methodologies.

We are now looking for a consumer focused and passionate CI Manager to drive continuous improvement in Group Operation functions, as well as coach CI ambassadors in our various business areas. The mandate for this role is to create, enhance and adapt the way we build and implement CI in Group Operations. The ambition is to accelerate CI initiatives overall and integrate CI in organizational development methodology. The role will have a direct report, but mainly leverage the network of EMS/CI ambassadors in the functions and business areas (BAs). We are rapidly becoming mission based in our execution, which means that CI initiatives can also be deployed for missions/projects rather than departments.

You will report to the 'VP HR, Communications and Continuous Improvement - Group Operations' and be expected to lead cross-functional end-to-end process improvements across various teams, functions in Group Operations, with effective stakeholder management and high-impact results at all levels of the organisation.


Key Tasks & Responsibilities
• Coordinate CI initiatives within Group Operations, in close contact with EMS leaders and function CI ambassadors
• Drive (leading, co-leading, coaching, supporting) the execution of various CI/onbeat initiatives across Group Operations, while building capability of CI ambassadors
• Lead the planning and performance tracking of CI/onbeat initiatives in Group Operations
• Work closely with group functions and BAs in specific initiatives, as decided by Group COO
• Build local capabilities by coaching CI ambassadors and deploying all CI training and improvement activities
• Join strategic initiatives in Group Operations driven by Group Operations PMO
• Promote best practices through exchange with other CI functions outside Group Operations

Formal Qualifications
• MSc in Engineering/Business/Economics or similar
• Trained and experienced in change management, agile tools, Lean or Six-Sigma
• At least 8 years of working experience, whereof at least 2 years in CI
• Proven track record of actively engaging people networks in a multinational and cross-functional setting, in-house or potentially as a management consultant
• Experience of Portfolio management & planning
• Excellent English (additional languages are considered a merit)
