You will be based in Stockholm in a modern office setting in our multinational and diverse HQ.
As a Content Project Specialist, you will, end-to-end, oversee projects in the Content Management team. You will be the main receiver of the content brief, manage and coordinate production activities and ensure on-time content delivery. You have a vision for content creation, content distribution, driving alignment with stakeholders and tracking the results of content produced. Your strategic view would help drive efficiencies within the team and within Business Area Europe.
Content includes copy, images, videos and more created within the team. You will be part of a multi-cultural team of about 25 individuals in the Content Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own content deliverables from the team as a project specialist; ensure that all work can proceed unhindered, and the team resources are utilized optimally. Be go to person for the projects and work closely together with main internal stakeholders.
• Ensure the timely delivery of content for product launches and other communication projects.
• Drive an effective and efficient content production planning and assets distribution process.
• Ensure optimal workload distribution within the team.
• Secure information flows with Category Marketing Managers and Product Line.
• Own 'Asset Planning tool', encourage its usage and drive any technical improvements required.
• Work with Marketing Technology team to ensure a proper accessibility and distribution of the content internally and externally.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the consumption, coverage, and conversion factor of the content.
• Represent the team in stakeholder meetings.
• Drive collaboration in production and distribution of content within the content team and between sectors (BA Europe and CXO).
Competencies Needed:
• A structured thinker with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Project manager with background and/or experience in marketing.
• Agency experience as project lead/account manager or similar
• Passion for communication and storytelling.
• Good understanding of marketing touch point requirements.
• Ability to digest and distill complex product data.
• Experience and comfortable in using Content Management Systems and Excel.
Soft Skills:
• A big-picture thinker with very good analytical skills.
• Excellent communicator.
• Ability to accomplish goals in a matrix organization and deal with / influence people at all levels.
• Results oriented and with a clear strength in delivering within given deadlines.
Problem solving attitude.
