We're looking for a skilled Content Marketer to join our team at Freska. If you're exceptional at creating marketing content and specialize in writing top notch copy in Swedish and English, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do:
As our Content Marketer, you'll:
Create high-quality, on-brand copy & visual content content for our marketing channels throughout the whole customer journey: customer acquisition ads (i.e. Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok), website & landing pages and CRM campaigns & automated emails
As part of our Group marketing team, you work on a Nordic level creating content that resonates with our target audience and delivers business results across all of our markets (Sweden, Norway & Finland) with special focus on Sweden.
Translate, localize and adapt concepts & content from English to Swedish, making sure it's interesting and connects with our local audiences.
Work in a hybrid model with your local office either in Stockholm or Helsinki (our marketing team is tightly-knit but spread across the Nordics).
What we're looking for:
Native-level proficiency in Swedish, with the ability to create incredibly impactful content. Strong spoken & written English is also essential (Finnish and/or Norway is a plus but not required)
Experience in creating concepts and writing effective stories and copy for marketing campaigns on different platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, search ads, YouTube, website, landing pages & emails.
Previous success as a copywriter or in a similar role preferably in an agency or in-house in a startup/scaleup company
We are looking for a professional who excels at both copywriting and visual design (we use Canva), but in this hire we are emphasizing the first and seeing the latter as a big, big advantage.

Roll up sleeves and produce content with the team
Month 2:
Understand Freska's brands, story, services, value proposition, selling points and target audience and how to turn that insight into high-performing marketing content
Start proactively planning, driving and delivering on key projects & processes around marketing content that helps move the needle on our growth KPIs
