About the role
As a Content Manager, you will play an important role to help us build brand awareness and establish us as a thought leader in the industry. You will be responsible for planning and creating high quality content, both visual and written, across all channels.
This is a hands-on role that also requires strategic thinking. You are a natural doer who will lead your own projects from idea to launch. You will have a lot of freedom to be creative and explorative with the mission to develop and optimize our communication.
We're looking for a talented writer with an eye for great design who are passionate about storytelling and equality.
To be successful in this role you need to be self-driven, creative, organized and have the ability to prioritize and thrive in a changing and fast-moving environment.
What you will do
• Develop a content strategy and plan a content schedule together with our Marketing Manager.
• Create high quality content (design and copy) for social media, digital ads, blog, newsletters, press releases, whitepapers etc.
• Manage the distribution of content across all channels.
• Optimize our website from an SEO and UX perspective.
• Provide partners with content and information.
• Coordinate content translations with agency.
• Review, edit and improve content written and designed by your colleagues.
• Stay up to date with trends, industry changes and best practice.
• Analyze your content performance and report on KPI's.

Requirements
• At least 3 years of relevant experience within content creation.
• Relevant education in marketing or communication.
• Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Knowledge in video production is a big plus, but not a requirement.
• Knowledge in SEO.
• Excellent communication skills, in both Swedish and English.
