Lanterna is a young and fast growing educational company based in Stockholm. We are creating adaptive and interactive online learning tools, fully loaded with pedagogic content in different formats, that replace textbooks for schools. With offices in Sweden and the UK, we have secondary schools on four continents as customers. We want to change how education is delivered and improve the learning that happens at schools globally.

About the position
As we are growing we are looking for a Content Director to help us improve quality of our pedagogic content and coordinate its expansion.
You will work with our Head of Product and become an integral part of the product team. Your tasks will include
• Developing our content strategy
• Be part of the product development and product-wide decisions
• Coordination of and guidance for 10-20 freelancers who produce content
• Setting up structures and formats for how content is produced
About you
You need to want to work in a fast growing and highly ambitious company with high pace and a lot of responsibility. We look for the following characteristics:
• Structure
• Action-drive and general drive
• Feel for the pedagogy
• Native or near-native level of English
• Technical literacy
• Stress tolerance.
You should have 5+ years of work experience that includes project management. You should also have experience in one or several of the following: content management, copywriting, education, technology, early stage companies.
