Description
The purpose of the project is to establish a future harmonized state for staff administration, learning, time management and payroll processes, based on an SAP scalable product suite. This has been an ongoing project that now demands to be completed with a QA/Test Manager ensuring the level of quality in deliverables within the last two project phases.
To prepare for the implementation and configuration of the new platform the Test Manager will analyse, detail and document user requirements and information flow. The main task for this resource would be to drive the related activities together with business process experts and IT system owners.
In scope is also to ensure solution quality through implementation. This includes test management e.g. test plan, test reports and set up according to the Customers QA Process.
During the implementation the Test Manager will collaborate with the implementation partner to assure that requirements are fulfilled, and that the solution is in line with project target.
Resource Deliverables
Developing a test strategy and test plan for System, Integration, User Acceptance and Data migration testing for all phases of the project
Co-ordinate test resources, equipment, rooms, test tools
Executing test plan
Ensuring readiness for testing: data, scripts
Ensuring deliverables adheres to SAS Quality Assurance-process and tooling requirements
Qualifications and experience
• Proven experience in requirements analysis and other quality assurance activities (REQB or similar meritorious)
• Proven experience in Test Management and tools where experience from Azure DevOps is preferable
• Previous experience of working within HR/Staff functions is preferred
• Previous experience from learning management system implementation is preferred
• Previous experience from payroll system implementation is preferred
• Excellent communication skills including stakeholder management
• The consultant needs to have a clear sense of poise and be comfortable with taking charge in a complex project set up
• Good knowledge in the Nordic languages such as Norwegian, Danish and Swedish
